This is going to be a great little rant with some unique information, so pay close attention!

Why is it that good marketers in the MLM online industry bring in so many good, honest, likable people who fail miserably?

I've been an online network marketer for over 3 years and have built downlines of hundreds of people even in a few short weeks time. Many of the people I bring in had or have jobs that are well paying middle class jobs, and they are all great people who have goals to build a better lifestyle. Yet, even though I will pour out everything I've got into improving their business by showing them how to get more leads and bring in more sign ups, they still don't see any return.

Why is that?

Well, honestly, there are many excuses and different "so-called" reasons as to why that is...

1. "I don't have any time anymore" (Yet somehow they found the time to call me 3 times a day the 1st week they joined -which I'm all open too)
   
2. They feel guilty they didn't do anything from the get-go so they back off. (Even though you want them to work it out with you)
3. They tried something once in the beginning, but did a bad job with it and didn't see any response from this "magical" tool we call the internet so they got discouraged. (Then call you up asking for a better way and when you give it to them they do nothing for fear of it not working again... etc. etc...)
4. They are deep down afraid of success.

...and many other reasons and excuses.

But, do you want to know what the real reason is?

They don't do what you tell them! (And its NOT because they're confused.)

I'm one of the only people I know who cares more about my team and their success than anything else in the world. That is why I even take the time to teach them my entire success formula for my best marketing methods.

And guess what?

They thank me for it, and do nothing with it!

Some of them don't even look at the videos, audios, planning, and everything else I created just for them.

I've been getting the "don't have enough time anymore" excuse lately, so let me ask you this...

If I were to give you my entire moron proof formula for a marketing method that drives me 10's of leads a day and several new downline members a week on autopilot helping you make at least an extra $2,000/mo income, wouldn't you find the time to implement what I gave you?

You'd be CRAZY not to!

Then again, many of those types of people in my organization haven't seen something from this perspective. So, I'll be sending it to them!

NOTE: Before moving on I did want to mention that these are more rare people in some cases. I'm not talking about your average tire kicker and lazy Joe blow off the street.

Yes, I agree in some ways its a bit harsh. But you need to be upfront and honest with your people if they're ever going to get anywhere.

I truly care about the people on my team and do not want to see them fail. Especially because I'm giving them everything they'd ever need and the only reason they are seeing success in the mere fact that they haven't implemented it.

Honestly, how lame does that sound?

If you're someone who finds yourself in this category of network marketers, don't beat yourself up and leave the industry. ...Strive to do better and do everything your upline says! Especially when they give you EVERYTHING and sponsor boat loads of people each month!

Another part of getting their is being self sufficient, and not having your upline leader hold your hand. (At least not very long)

I love this industry to death, but its sad to see people like this who fail due to themselves not doing JACK.

Thankfully, this only makes up 40% of my group as of now.
